Please note that this window is more restrictive than our fulfillment partner's return policy, as it helps us manage our inventory and services more effectively.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the sizing charts carefully before making your purchase to ensure the best fit.
Process for Initiating a Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service at chriselda@thelilithacademy.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Please include photographs documenting the problem, if applicable.

Return Approval: Our team will review your return request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions and, if necessary, a shipping label to return your product.

Sending Back Items: Package the item securely and send it back to us following the instructions provided.

Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process a refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping Costs Return: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs or import duties incurred. Please mark the item as "returned goods" to avoid potential delays at customs.
